Biography

Nagendra Singh Yadav is a Sr. QA Engineer [Full Time], with experience managing remote teams and leading the project teams. His background in software testing, technical writing, Research, Author, blogger, and Project management informs his mindful but competitive approach. Nagendra is fueled by his passion for understanding the project requirement & ask from the stakeholders. He considers himself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both builds on his academic foundations as a researcher, technical writer & blogger and stays in tune with the latest software testing & project management strategies through continued work experience.

He is Global Assistant General Secretary, International Council of Computer Science (ICCS) at Eudoxia Research Centre and holds degrees in M.C.A, B.C.A & a diploma in Blogging and Content Marketing. He has worked with Infosys limited for 3 years in the field of software validation solutions as Test Engineer (2016- 2019).

Nagendra’s hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to his most recent success for clients, where he led multiple projects in parallel to full-time commitments. His significant contribution to the projects ends up in generating visibility for stakeholders, process-oriented release cycle, and delivery of quality software keeping in mind the ratio of technical debt as low as possible in terms of test case repository. Meanwhile, he vastly improved the productivity of his team by implementing strategic project management methods and ensuring a work-life balance for his peers.
