Biography

Understanding my journey of past two decades would help you to understand why I do the way I do. There are forces that shaped by perspective of life and that is reflected in my professional life as well. I have close to 14 years of combined experience in industry and Consulting. Having worked in diverse economies - the U.S.A, India, Bangladesh and Singapore - I have developed a global mindset with local sensitivity.

My Wall Street background and Big Four experience helped me to develop my distinctive leadership style - a combination of spiritual calling, purpose and passion. I believe dignity, integrity and credibility are foundations to build meaningful and long term relationships. 

I am the Founder at Quantum Holistic Advisory Services (QHAS). QHAS is a management consultancy start-up focused on leadership development, holistic thinking and emotional intelligence. I have completed a Certification in Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies and pursing to complete Blockchain Fundamentals Professional Certificate.

In my previous roles as a Consultant, I served a wide variety of clientele including Fortune 500 organizations, SROs, SMEs mainly in Manufacturing, Consumer and Financial Services. I advised my clients on Business Intelligence Reporting, Value Chain Analysis, KPI Identification, IT Adoption. I am passionate about talent development, so I set aside my personal time to set up my mentees for success. 

I am known for my news and fresh thinking. One of my ideas got recognized as one of the top 10 innovative ideas in Consulting India Innovation Challenge in PwC India. I am also the recipient of several awards including Above and Beyond, PwC Experience, Spot Awards. I am a guest lecturer at Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur and Madras and presented client success story at SAP INDUS. I was awarded the prestigious Dean's Scholar and was nominated twice in America's National Dean's List for Leadership combined with Academic Excellence during my undergraduate days. I was also a Panelist and Guest Speaker at United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF), Kolkata.
